Cancellation Policy
You have from the time of booking up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge.
Anything within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% of service price cancellation/ rescheduling fee.
No call, no shows or cancellations/ rescheduling within the 1 hour mark of your scheduled appointment will result in a full 100% of service price cancellation/ rescheduling fee.
